Device & Technical Issues
You don't need to install a separate app for bj995 — just create a shortcut to the home screen from your browser. On Android, open Chrome and select "Add to Home Screen" from the three-dot menu at the top. On iPhone or iPad, tap the Share icon in Safari and choose "Add to Home Screen". The icon will then appear just like any other app and open the site in one tap.
Yes, bj995 is fully mobile-friendly. Slots, live casino, fishing games, and sports betting all run smoothly on Android or iOS browsers. For the best experience, use the latest version of Chrome or Safari and keep JavaScript enabled. Older browser versions can sometimes cause layout issues, so keeping your browser updated is a good idea.
Start by clearing your browser's cache and cookies. In Chrome, go to Settings › Privacy and Security › Clear browsing data, check "Cached images and files" and "Cookies", then clear them. After that, reload the page. This resolves the issue in most cases. If the problem continues, check your internet connection or try opening the site on a different network (mobile data or Wi-Fi).
bj995 works equally well on both Android and iOS. The site runs without interruption on Android 8+ and iOS 13+ devices. On desktop, it is supported on all major browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari) on Windows, Mac, and Linux. A full experience is available on tablets as well. All you need is a stable internet connection.
Server-side game sessions can handle brief disconnections. After reconnecting, refresh your browser — an ongoing round will generally resume where it left off or settle automatically. If there is any doubt about a specific result after a longer disconnection, contact live chat directly and provide the game ID or time.
VIP Perks
bj995 has three VIP levels: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. The Bronze level offers up to 0.3% weekly cashback. Silver increases that to up to 0.5%. At the Gold level, you can receive up to 0.8% weekly cashback. Each level also comes with special perks and promotional opportunities alongside cashback.
At the end of each week, cashback is added to your account at the rate set for your VIP level. Bronze gets up to 0.3%, Silver up to 0.5%, and Gold up to 0.8%. The cashback goes directly into your wallet and can be used for gameplay. For the exact cashback calculation and terms, check the VIP section of your account or contact the support team.
VIP members receive special deposit offers, priority access to exclusive tournaments, and personalised support alongside cashback. Moving up to higher levels opens the door to bigger and more frequent bonuses. To see a detailed list of benefits for each level, contact bj995 via live chat.
Playing regularly and increasing your activity through deposits gradually creates the opportunity to advance to the next level. Once you reach a specific level, bj995 will notify you. The more active you are, the faster you can reach the Gold level. For information about your current level and progress, speak with the support team via live chat or email.
BPL & International Matches
In international cricket (BPL, T20 World Cup, or ICC tournaments), if a match is cancelled without an official result, all bets are generally settled as "No Result" and the stake is refunded. However, some markets may be settled using the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method under alternative rules. Check the bj995 terms and conditions page for the specific betting rules.
bj995 offers multiple types of bets including Match Winner, Toss Winner, Top Run-Scoring Team (for example, who scores more runs in the first innings of a Bangladesh vs India match), Series Winner, Half-Century Scorer, and Over/Under run markets. The variety of markets is even greater for BPL, T20 World Cup, and major ICC tournaments.
Yes, bj995 offers in-play or live betting. Even after a match starts, you can place bets on updated odds that change with every over and wicket. This is especially popular for BPL or T20 matches, as you can make instant decisions based on how the game is unfolding. Keep your internet connection stable during live betting so you don't miss any odds updates.
Reading decimal odds is straightforward — simply multiply your stake by the odds number. For example, at odds of 1.80, a ৳100 bet gives a total return of ৳180 (profit of ৳80). At odds of 2.50, a ৳100 bet returns ৳250 (profit of ৳150). To find your profit, subtract your original stake from the total return — that's all there is to it.
Account Security
Change your password immediately and contact bj995 via live chat or email at [email protected] to request an account lock. The support team will verify your identity and act quickly. If you have used the same password on any other site, change it there too, and separately secure your bKash or Nagad PIN.
A strong password should be at least 12 characters long and include a mix of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters (such as @, #, !). Do not use your name, date of birth, or any easily guessable word. Most importantly, do not use this password on any other site or app. You can use a password manager app if needed.
Always confirm bj995.lat in your browser's address bar and look for the HTTPS lock icon at the start of the URL. Instead of entering the site through Facebook, Messenger, or unfamiliar links, type the address directly into your browser. If someone claiming to be bj995 asks for an OTP or a betting offer by phone or message, it is fake — immediately report it via the site's live chat.
Yes, bj995 uses SSL encryption technology to keep all data secure. Your personal information, payment data, and gaming history are stored using industry-standard security practices. Read our privacy policy page to find out how your information is used with third parties.
No, never. No bj995 staff member or representative will ever ask for your OTP, bKash PIN, Nagad PIN, Rocket PIN, or Upay PIN — not by email, message, or phone. If anyone asks for this information, they are a fraudster. Notify bj995's support team immediately via live chat and do not share that information.
Withdrawal Questions
Yes, but you must first meet the wagering requirement. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives you ৳1,500 with a 150% bonus. A 20x wagering requirement applies to that ৳1,500 bonus, meaning you must place a total of ৳30,000 in bets before withdrawing bonus winnings. Wagering is calculated only on the bonus amount, not on the deposited amount. Once the requirement is met, you can withdraw as normal.
Withdrawal requests at bj995 are generally processed within 1 hour. This quick timeframe applies regardless of the method — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay. In certain cases where additional verification is needed, it may take a little longer and the support team will let you know.
No. For security and fraud prevention, the destination wallet for a withdrawal must be registered in your own name. This means your bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account must be opened under your own mobile number and ID. Withdrawal requests to another person's number will be declined.
The minimum withdrawal amount at bj995 is ৳500. This is the same across all methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). It is not possible to withdraw less than ৳500. However, there is no restriction on withdrawing any amount of ৳500 or more, and the same timeframe and conditions apply for every method.
Withdrawals are usually processed within 1 hour. However, in some cases additional identity verification or a security review may cause a slight delay. If your withdrawal has not come through after the expected time, contact us via live chat or at [email protected] with your withdrawal details (amount and time) — the support team will look into it promptly.
